Services include assistance with landlord-tenant issues and tenants’ rights information and education. Securing Older Adult Resources Program (SOAR) The Securing Older Adult Resources Program (SOAR) works to improve the economic security of older adults in Maryland through direct assistance, research, advocacy, and organizing.
