Deed Check and Property Tax Credit Clinic With MVLS and SOAR

This clinic is designed to help residents avoid tax sale by connecting them with valuable tax credits, reviewing their deeds, and providing brief legal advice and referrals to address any deed issues. Different from the typical MVLS clinic, no legal documents will be prepared during this event. Rather, volunteer attorneys will look up and review participants’ deeds and provide brief legal advice.
