Two additional SOAR sites have been added, so Maryland tenants and homeowners can get assistance with the Maryland Renters and Homeowners Tax Credit applications.

Starting, Wednesday, July 1, 2025 our SOAR staff will be at the Community Action Partnership Center Northwest location, 3939 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore, Md 21215 until October 1, 2025. They are available every Wednesday, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

They will also help Maryland renters and homeowners at St. Mary’s Outreach Center Tuesdays until September 2, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM, 3939 Roland Ave, Baltimore, Md 21211.
