Maryland Renters and Homeowners Tax Credit Assistance

Two additional SOAR sites have been added, so Maryland tenants and homeowners can get assistance with the Maryland Renters and Homeowners Tax Credit applications. Starting, Wednesday, July 1, 2025 our SOAR staff will be at the Community Action Partnership Center Northwest location, 3939 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore, Md 21215 until October 1, 2025. They are available every Wednesday, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Securing Older Adult Resources Program (SOAR) The Securing Older Adult Resources Program (SOAR) works to improve the economic security of older adults in Maryland through direct assistance, research, advocacy, and organizing.
